Brief
Design and build a community-focused website capable of hosting multiple sub-branded supermarket departments under one cohesive digital roof. The platform required a seamless online ordering system, great user experience (UX) for all age groups, and original photography to capture the authentic, local store experience.
Solution
We thoroughly researched the functional specifications for the supermarket’s ordering framework and liaised directly with third-party software provider Ordú to integrate a seamless checkout system. To ensure high-end visuals, we collaborated closely with the project photographer to direct the exact shot types and orientations needed to elevate the website’s layout.
Each distinct Pettitt’s department was given its own custom-branded page to maintain identity while staying unified within the main ecosystem. Built entirely on WordPress, the site is hosted on secure, high-performance servers. To ensure long-term marketing success, we configured premium SEO plugins and fully integrated the platform with Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track performance from day one.
